Ark Dossier Location Coordinates List
I just didn't know if they said anything during the live stream for this yesterday or not, figured someone on here may know. I have seen none on Valguero and have at least hrs in it. Only thing I have in that section, are the boss mobs I have killed, Spider queen and the 3 from the easy green arena fight. Been wondering the same thing, though I am sure I saw someone find one on Valguero in a youtube video.

You can find them in the form of Dino Dossiers and Explorer Notes. Collecting these notes will give you more information about the creatures that inhabit the island. Each and every dossier will explain a little more about the specific creature or give you some backstory about the island.
Most of these notes were written by a researcher named Helena. This was the intended way for players to discover more about creature behavior and their different habits.
It also reveals some other information such as feeding tips for trying to tame monsters. Generally new dossiers and explorer notes are released with every new DLC. With more than hours of play logged into my private dedicated server, I had nearly every dossier in the game, save for the Mammoth, Bronto, and Broodmother. Since I was so close to completing them all, I decided to tame a Bronto yesterday. My computer had to restart during the tame, but I was able to load right back in and continue. I thought it might have been a temporary glitch, so I waited for the Bronto to be tamed.
I got it's dossier, but all of the others were still missing. Ran into the water, killed a coelacanth, got it's dossier, and still nothing. I was pretty annoyed, but I didn't think it was that big of a deal. So today, I pulled out my map to help my girlfirend out with a raptor tame, and appearently that was wiped too. Almost got her Argentavis killed cause I didn't know where I was going in the dark.
Does anyone know if there's an editable server config file that I could use to possibly refill my map and get my dossiers back? I looked through admin commands and couldn't find anything useful. Start the game, then go to the Pause menu. Go to the new box at the top and type case sensitive : GiveAllExplorerNotes You will pop this achievement and quite a few others. This doesn't clear all of the collectibles, since you still need to tame all of the dinosaurs, but definitely goes a LONG way, especially since the game updates every so often. All thanks to Viridisx13 for figuring this out!
More to come as information becomes available. Please note: I continue to try to keep this updated, but read through the comments below.
I have finished the game; new dossiers are necessary for the achievement. As of v I believe the box will then stay open as long as you're on. If not I tested it on an alt, and got the box to work. I didn't retype all codes, though. NOTE: I have heard from some people that this has popped after finishing just the dinosaurs, so my advice right now is to complete the creature dossiers first before the notes.
You may save yourself quite a bit of time. In addition, there are further dossiers, but these don't seem to be necessary. Keeping up with the changes is increasingly more of a PITA. Here's hoping you can knock it out ASAP! Some of this setup information may change due to tweaks in the UI. You also need to make sure that "Admin Logging" is checked when you set up the game in the Host screen, under General, scroll down towards the bottom.
The main point I want to make, since it seems to be mentioned nowhere else, is that many of the coordinates will spawn you into the ground. You have to get out to move around. Several people have mentioned the code, but you have to switch back in order to actually pick up the items. That isn't readily available, and I had to search for it. So here's a list of codes that should help you when you're searching for the items, as well as helpful cheats.

Earlier in the game-development you used to earn the dossiers when you killed or tamed the local wildlife. Note: There is no correlation between the release date of the dossier and the release date of the creature itself.
There is no way to predict how long it will take for a creature to be released by looking at the release date for their dossier. For example, the Sabertooth Salmon released within two months of its dossier publication, while it has taken over half a year for others to be released. Sign In. Jump to: navigationsearch.
